TB Skin Test

A TB skin test determines whether a person is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis or TB. It is used when symptoms or testing indicate a person may have TB or some employers may require prospective employees to be tested for TB before they are eligible for hire. Male Wellness Exam

An annual male wellness exam is one of the best ways to maintain your health. During the exam, the healthcare provider will conduct a series of health checks including checking your vital signs and examining your heart and lungs with a stethoscope. A male wellness exam will also include:

Rectal exam
Urineanalysis

- PSA (screens for prostate cancer)
- CBC
- CMP

Physicals may be required by certain schools, camps, daycares in order to attend or participate in certain activities. They are quick, easy, and painless. Each school or facility may vary in what is required to be done in a physical exam. Some have their own form to fill out and some just need a note that they have passed the physical exam. Make sure to check with the school or facility for exactly what documentation or instructions is needed. If they provide you with a form, please do not forget to bring it with you. In some cases, depending on the school or facility, they may email or fax us the form.
